We are pleased to announce that GCS have organised Yoga Class which started on Wed 18th for elderly member’s activity, with support from Sussex police grant towards the Hindu community.
This was given to GCS to organise activities for the elderly. We have organised six Yoga sessions, one every Wednesday for next 5 weeks.
It is FREE for all. Every one is welcome to join.
Date : Every Wednesday for 6 Sessions starting 18th May 2016
Venue : Silver Birches, Rookery Close, Preston Rd, BN1 6DQ, Opposite Preston Park.
Time : 1 – 2 pm followed by lunch
